*New Dates for the summer to follow!

This workshop is for creatives of any stripe (including those not mentioned above – writers, actors, etc) who want to extend their range, explore their edges and discover new forms. There will be a variety of structures for you to experiment in – in groups, with partners and individually. We will use voice, movement and improvisation to stimulate your imagination, and to access new areas of your expression. I offer an inter-disciplinary approach that brings all of you back into play. The plan is to leave feeling refreshed and inspired in your usual practice, ready to try new things.
Get in touch if you want to discuss whether this is right for you and if you would like to come.

Anam Cora continue our Pilgrimage through the Cycle of the Year
The Fruits of the Year – The Reaping of Gifts.
A Sung Meditation

At this point in the journey through the seasons, we are starting to turn back home. The songs of spring have done their work of flowering and fruiting. And now is the time to reflect on what we have received along the way – to be blessed by a pause to consolidate what we have gained and to let go of what we no longer need to take with us.
There is a car park in Church Lane just beyond the church.

6.00 at Holy Trinity Church
Church Lane, Blythburgh, Suffolk IP19 9LL
No tickets, donations on the door.

Our Final Event in our Cycle of the Year is November 17  at the same church, time to be confirmed.

Performances and shows

September 4 (repeat on Sept. 7 at 2pm)

Lines & Spaces – A Live Art Performance
6.00 – 7.00 Performances by 5 Artists

Part of Reimagine Multimedia Exhibition

St Margaret’s Church
St. Benedict’s Street
Norwich
NR2 4TU

We live in a world of form, of outlines. But there is space between the lines. This is where the music of our existence is created – in the play between the form and the formless, the physical and spiritual. Mary will respond to the “Lines and Spaces” of the church, taking you on a ‘musical’ journey that goes beyond the physical into dimensions mystical. The journey itself composes the music that arises one moment to the next.

The piece includes movement, singing, movement and poetry. The work will be a response to the building, the space, the moment, the travel between inner and outer being; and to the spiritual potentiality that expands beyond lines into spaces.

This performance will be a short extract from the longer piece presented at Cley19 Contemporary Art Festival last July.
