Come and enjoy a tranquil environment; withdraw from daily life to rest in a spiritual setting. The aim of this retreat is to experiment with simple practices (mindful movement and the voice) and to share experiences and ideas. Often small changes can have a big impact on how you feel. Get in touch if you want to discuss whether this is for you.
This workshop is for those of you who want to be in touch with the motor of your voice – what makes you sound? What makes your singing alive and meaningful? By working with the vocal body, the psyche and the spiritual dimensions of your voice, we can unleash your expression and inner musicality. This approach is based on my years of work in the field, and offers insights into how and why you voice the way you do. The singing and sounding will flow from there. I’m sure it will be an exciting and illuminating time together.
