The Triple Spiral – on the beach!

June 21  – Celebrate Solstice with us
at 11.00 a.m.

This is a new endeavour for us – creating a Sung Meditation outdoors! You are invited to take part in this magical weaving ot the elements as we walk the Celtic Labyrinth on the beach near Overstrand (nr. Cromer, Norfolk). 3 Singers, 3 Spirals, 3 Elements. We will immerse ourselves in the brightness of the longest day with sound, song and movement. Everyone welcome.

There is parking nearby on Paul’s Lane, next to the Clifftop Cafe. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the event, past the beach huts. This is part of the year-long project created by Mary Green – The Labyrinth on the Beach. We are delighted to be taking part in this beautiful initiative.

*Please note: the Pay&Display machine at the car park is not very reliable. It’s wise to get registered on the website and then download the app to use on the day. Public Transport from Norwich offers a bus or a train to Cromer. From there it is about a 2 mile walk to Overstrand, or an easy cycle ride.

Contact Mary for more information.

Performances and shows

Celebrating Nature

A Live Art Performance by Helen Wells & Mary Benefiel
17 & 24 June @7pm at The Undercroft in Norwich, NR2 1NE

Our environment is in danger, how do we respond? Helen Wells, who instigated this piece, is sounding a Call to Action! It’s time to re-wild ourselves. To remember our place in the living world. To wake up to a new, yet ancient, way to live together. To be in harmony with nature, and with ourselves. The performances are part of “In Transition” an exhibition of works on the theme of the environmental crisis we are facing.
