Guided by some of our practices you are invited to:
Move, pause, create simple acts of connection.
Find words, melody, images through walking, movement, voice & listening.

Followed by time indoors to reflect, record and share what is speaking to us, singing through us.
All the singers of Anam Cora will be there facilitating, bringing their combined experience to share with you.
