Chanting – The Healing Voice

This workshop is about connection – with your voice, with your body, with the life that is singing you right now. We will work with different songs and chants that are easy to learn. The intentions behind them, and the repetitions create a field of good vibrations that we can all “bathe” in, massaging all parts of the body, making us feel more “sound.” The mind relaxes and the songs start to sing through us. We begin to feel more in tune with ourselves and each other. This simple, yet powerful practice creates an atmosphere of aliveness and well being.

This class is good for people of all levels of singing and sounding – no previous experience is required. Everyone welcome. Come and get to know your voice in a whole new way!
