Chanting – The Autumn Equinox

At the Autumn Equinox  light and dark are equally balanced. This brings a wave of nourishing, balancing energy into our lives. A soothing balm after all the intense summer activity! It offers us time to reflect on how to find a more grounded place in ourselves. It’s a good moment to bring some calm into our lives as we move into autumn and winter. It’s time to shift our attention inward.

On that note, we will sing chants and mantras that bring us into a steadier rhythm. We will tune into the heartbeat which is the gentle pulse of life. By the end of the class we will feel more in harmony with ourselves and the season. This class is held in a meditative, non-judgemental space, with simple chants and mantras chosen to help us feel better. No previous experience is required, this practice is for people of all levels of singing and sounding. Come and get to know your voice in a whole new way!
