Chanting – The Summer Solstice

Midsummer! Celebrate the longest day, a sacred turning point at the height of summer, where nature is in full bloom. Life is thrumming all around us. Let’s drink in that energy and let it sing through us with gusto and pleasure. We can lay down our daily cares and come together to experience chants and songs that are in tune with this life-giving energy. This will definitely be an up-tempo class. Come ready to sing, move, and to make some noise!

This class is held in a non-judgemental space, with simple chants and mantras chosen to help us feel better. Most people say they feel freer and more alive by the end of the class. No previous experience is required, everyone welcome.
Come and get to know your voice in a whole new way!
