Chanting – The Spring Equinox

Celebrate the return of spring! This is a time of new life awakening in nature. In the chanting we will seek to tune into that energy to experience what is emerging for us. What new growth and possibilities are arising?

Since this threshold between winter and spring is a joyful one, we will sing chants and mantras that awaken our vitality, and stir our inner ground to make way for whatever wants to come forth. We will start with a practice of tuning in, and grow into songs and chants that are enlivening and freeing. By the end of the class people often say they feel better and more alive!

This class is held in a meditative, non-judgemental space, with simple chants and mantras chosen to help us feel better. Better physically, mentally clearer and vocally stronger. No previous experience is required, this practice is for people of all levels of singing and sounding.
